Safety Policies:
- For the safety and enjoyment of all, we require that groups have at least 1 adult for every 4 children. Pre-booked groups who complete an orientation receive a reduced rate and higher ratios.
- To prevent bump and burn situations, we require that all hot beverages be in a secure, screw-top mug. (You should be able to drop the mug and the lid won't pop off!)
- Children and adults must enter our space together and stick together. For the safety of our visitors, we don't allow adults to enter (or re-enter) without a child. Admission to the Museum does include in and out privileges, and so we ask that you go in and out as a family.
- We don't allow latex balloons inside the Museum because popped latex is a choking hazard for little ones.

Coupons, Groupon, and other deals:
The Museum offers reduced admission costs throughout the year in the form of coupons, deal sites, and other opportunities. The Museum will honor coupons until their expiration date and will honor vouchers until their expiration date. When a coupon expires, it is no longer valid. When a voucher expires, it is worth the value you paid for it. We will apply that value toward a similar purchase at the Museum. If you have a voucher for our Summer Camp program, the value must be applied to our camps.
