To make a reservation and find out available times please call (206) 576-2314 or e-mail birthdays@thechildrensmuseum.org Jungle Room * Sea Side Room * Circus Room Birthday Packages The Bonanza Price: Eligible Members $180.00; Non-Members $200.00 Package Includes: Admission for up to 20 children and 20 adults Use of the museum’s party room for 90 minutes T-shirts for the birthday child 25 colorful invitations Goody bags stuffed with toys for all 20 children 20 Paper plates, cups, napkins, and plastic forks $9.00 for each additional child and $6.00 for each additional adult Setup and cleanup are included within the 90 minutes. The Bash Price: $150 for Non-members / $135.00 for Members Package Includes: Admission for up to 15 children and 15 adults Use of the museum’s party room for 90 minutes T-shirt for the birthday child Eligible Members $135.00; Non-Members $150.00 $6.00 for each additional child and $6.00 for each additional adult. Setup and cleanup are included within the 90 minutes. Although we provide the room and plenty of fun, we do not provide food service, but we have parterned with Metropolitan Market for catering service. Our Happy Birthday Bouquet includes seven mylar balloons and can be ordered when the party reservation is made. You may also visit the Museum Store to create your own arrangement! Birthday Bouquet $16.50 plus tax What the museum provides: The private use of the birthday room for 90 minutes, which includes set-up and clean-up. Our birthday party rooms are equipped with cabinets, counter top, mini fridge, trash receptacle and recycle receptacles. A museum t-shirt for the birthday child. All day admission for your guest invited to your party. No children without adult supervision, no adults without children supervision. What you provide: Complete list of party guests within 48 hours of the party (last minute changes must be provided in writing the day of the party) A copy of your reservation and your guest list on the day of the party Mylar balloons only Room temperature or cold beverages only Museum Policies! On weekends: Birthday party guests must check in through the birthday entrance to the right of the main entrance. Adults with children invited to the party will be allowed to enter as early as we open and stay until closing. No adults allowed to stay without children before or after the party. The guest list is due 48 hours before the party. Any changes must be provided in writing the day of the party by the party host. Please bring a copy of the guest list and reservation the day of the party. No reservations will be held without full payment being made. We have a single cart for your use to bring in or take out all your birthday supplies, however if it is in use it may be up to a fifteen-minute delay. Note: No storage is available prior to your party start time. The entire group will be hand stamped for easy identification. Although the stamp gives your guest the privilege to come in and out as many times as needed, children are never allowed out or in without accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). All museum rules apply to the party. Party room must be vacated at the party end time. A charge will be made against your credit cart for additional guests. Your credit card will be charged two weeks out from your reservation if not paid in full at time of booking. No refunds will be granted. We will gladly reschedule your party with 48 hours notice for unforeseen events.
