Activities during Our Exploration
- Making Tomten. We are learning about the Scandinavian mythical creatures, Tomten, and creating our own.
- Making Lucia buns. With flour and dough up to our elbows, we are mixing and making this delicious cinnamon flavored treat.
- Performance by the Katrilli Finnish Folkdancers. Katrilli Finnish Folkdancers have been dancing and promoting Finnish traditions and culture throughout the N.W. and Canada for over 25 years.
